Dr. Avinash Ravilla

Medical Director

As a board-certified emergency medicine physician, Dr. Avi has seen how the current healthcare system leaves so many patients to fend for themselves when it comes to complex diseases, such as diabetes. He's passionate about helping patients get more convenient and higher-quality care.

Dr. Maria Peña

Program Advisor

Dr. Maria began practicing as an Endocrinologist in 2013 and is widely recognized as a weight-loss and diabetes expert. In her role, she helps guide the evolution of Perry Health's program in order to set a new standard of care for diabetes management.

Gabrielle Petra

VP Operations & People

Gabby leads all people and operations at Perry Health in an effort to support the amazing team providing such a valuable service to our members. She has a background in growing and scaling healthtech startups supporting millions of patient interactions each year.

Pan Chaudhury

Co-Founder & CEO

Perry was born from Pan's vision where technology could enable a continous care model for chronic conditions, which would lead to better health outcomes and lower costs. A few years after his vision was realized, Perry has helped thousands of seniors living with diabetes.

Scott Chesrown

Co-founder & COO

Scott serves as COO of Perry. Prior to joining, Scott served as COO of a healthtech startup that provides remote care to millions of users throughout the US. Prior to that, Scott co-founded an ecommerce platform now listed on the NASDAQ.
